Login Help
To access the Usage Statistics Web application you must have a Access ID and Passcode. If you have not been given your Access ID and Passcode, please contact Encyclopædia Britannica via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.
To Log In:

In the Access ID box, enter the Access ID provided by Encyclopædia Britannica.

In the Passcode box, enter the Passcode provided by Encyclopædia Britannica. (Please note: The Passcode is case-sensitive.)

Click the Login button.
To submit questions or comments to Britannica Customer Support, please use our Online Help Form by clicking on the Contact Us link below . (Note: Be sure to select "Statistics Help" from the "Type of Inquiry" list on the Help Form.)
Access ID and Passcode used to be called Username and Password. Your institution's old Username and Password will still work here.
